Observations on Indians in the Illinois area, transcribed from the remarks of Dr. John Connelly, who made a tour through that country in his return from the Illinois in the months of December and January 1772 & 1773. Communicated to Mr. M'Clure in 1773 while at Fort Pitt on a mission to the Indians on the Ohio. With extracts from some remarks on the Country of the Illinois. M'Clure was a minister at East Windsor, Connecticut.
